Liability Waiver - I hereby agree that as a condition of participating in the Terry Fox Run being held on May 6, 2012 in Paris, France, I will release, indemnify and save harmless event organizers and volunteers, the Terry Fox Foundation, its Directors, Officers, employees, agents and assigns, from any and all liabilities, claims, suits or actions, damages of any kind, debts, and rights of action in respect of my participation at this event. I fully understand that by signing this waiver, I am giving up all legal and equitable claims and rights that I may ordinarily have, and do so on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators.
